The main goal of the research is the development of organizational and economic support, scientific-methodical and institutional provisions and recommendations for the reconstruction of agro-industrial market systems in the conditions of post-war recovery and implementation of the European integration course of Ukraine. Research methods are theoretical generalization, logical analysis, system and structural-dynamic analysis, balance method, mathematical modeling, economic analysis. Scientific novelty: For the first time: – conceptual principles for the reconstruction of Ukrainian agro-industrial market systems have been developed based on secure and balanced approaches, which are based on: a) three groups of related principles – resilience to threats, sustainable and socially responsible development; b) a methodological approach that involves the implementation of comprehensive mechanisms for the reconstruction of market systems, focused, on the one hand, on the priority revival of existing processing sectors and the creation of new related markets for the organization of deep processing of raw materials in the country, on the other hand, on the entry of domestic markets into international value-added chains taking into account national interests, to realize the internal and external resilience potential of both agro-food markets and related resource supply markets. Improved: – scientific and applied principles of reconstruction of the juice market based on a comprehensive PESTEL and SWOT analysis of the market in wartime conditions with determination of the specifics of external and internal factors; theoretical substantiation of strategic directions for developing a system of markets adjacent to the vegetable market on the basis of the development of deep processing of raw materials.
