An increase in the nitrogen-fixing activity (NFA) of symbiotic systems was found when soybean seeds were treated with B. japonicum B78 and Mikosan-N by 13.0% in the phase of three true leaves and by 7.8% in the budding phase. In soybean inoculated with B. japonicum В144 and treated with this biofungicide, the NFA was 8.8 times higher than in the control plants only in the budding phase. Under the action of Phytocide-r on the background of inoculation with rhizobia B78, an increase in NFA was observed by 6.2, 14.6 and 7.2% according to three samples. The analysis of the mass of the aerial parts of soybean plants and roots revealed that seed bacterisation with rhizobia, both in combination with biofungicides and without them, contributed to an increase in the studied parameters during the growing season compared to plants without this treatment. It was found that the complex treatment of soybean seeds of B. japonicum B78 seeds with Mikosan-N contributed to an increase in root weight by 4.9-8.0%. The treatment of soybean seeds of B. japonicum B 144 with Mikosan-N, a decrease in the weight of the aerial part of plants by 4.5-10.6% and the weight of roots by 6.1-9.5% during the growing season was found. Increase in grain productivity of soybean plants by 7.6 and 11.5% was found under the complex treatment of B. japonicum B144 and B78 seeds with Mikosan-N. With the combined use of nodule bacteria with Phytocide-r, the grain productivity of soybean plants was at the level of the corresponding controls (treated with inoculants without biofungicides).
