New stable carbenes of the 1,2,4-triazole series containing halogen atoms (fluorine, chlorine) in the structure were synthesized, the first representative of carbenes of the pyridine series, new complexes of stable carbenes of the ylide type of the imidazole and benzimidazole series. The obtained compounds are intended for the creation of efficient catalysts of organic reactions and new biologically active compounds. The aim of the work is to study the synthesis of new types of stable carbenes with frontier properties, the development of methods for the synthesis of carbene complexes of a new type. Research methods are synthetic, spectral (NMR spectroscopy), analytical (chromatographic, elemental analysis), computational (quantum chemical studies). Research results. New methods for the synthesis of stable carbenes of the 1,2,4-triazole series containing halogen atoms (fluorine, chlorine) in the structure were developed. Among them, compounds with the lowest basicity compared to known stable carbenes were found. Based on 2,6-diisopropylaniline and cyclohexane carbaldehyde, sterically protected piperidin-2-ylidene was synthesized - the first representative of the pyridine series of stable carbenes. Copper(I) carbene complexes based on N-ylide carbenes were synthesized for the first time. Methods for the synthesis of a number of carbene and biscarbene complexes of silver were developed, and their structure was established by X-ray diffractometry. High antibacterial and antifungal activity of a number of carbene complexes of silver was revealed. Field of application - synthesis of stable carbenes and their carbenoid forms, medicinal chemistry.
