The subject of the study is the indicators of biological age and their relationship with the physical and mental health of students. Purpose - to determine the level of health of students based on indicators of biological age, to analyze the factors that affect its change. Based on the results of the study, several practical recommendations were developed to optimize student health and reduce biological age: Implementation of physical education programs: it is necessary to create individual physical activity programs for students of different fitness levels, including regular sports, fitness training and physical education activities. Developing a healthy diet: it is important to conduct information and education campaigns among students about the importance of proper nutrition and provide access to healthy food in educational institutions. Stress reduction and psycho-emotional health: creating programs to support students' mental health, trainings to develop stress resistance, and adaptation to the academic workload. Involvement in active social activities: organization of health classes and training groups to encourage students to lead an active lifestyle.
