The positive effect of the applied therapy complex on the indicators of the vaginal microbiota in women with impaired reproductive function who were in different zones of military conflict was established. The results of bacteriological studies indicate the feasibility of using the therapeutic and prophylactic therapy complex in clinical practice to normalize the biocenosis of the genital tract in women with adenomyosis and uterine leiomyoma who were in conditions of armed conflict. As a result of the treatment, women of all studied groups showed normalization of thyroid function according to TSH, T4 and T3, as well as a significant decrease in ATP to normal values. During the treatment, normalization of progesterone concentration in the 1st phase of the cycle was noted, except for women who were in the occupied territories. The treatment had a positive effect on the hormonal status of women, as evidenced by the normalization of thyroid and ovarian function. Cortisol in patients of all studied groups remains significantly high, which indicates the impact of stress, which continues. The study revealed an increase in progesterone receptors in the nuclei of the glandular epithelium and endometrial stroma, which indicates changes in the receptivity of the endometrium in the follicular phase against the background of the effects of military aggression factors, which directly correlates with an increase in salivary cortisol in these patients. Research into the reproductive health of women with adenomyosis and uterine leiomyoma, clarified the mechanisms of pathology progression, taking into account Product Description popup.authors Blyzniuk Zoia V.
