The novelty of the work is determined by the increasing requirements for the accuracy of reproducing physical quantities, increasing the metrological reliability of information and measuring systems for metrological support of the electric power industry, the need to create a metrological base in Ukraine in order to ensure the storage and transmission of such units of physical quantities as electric power and energy. A review of methods and modern high-precision means of reproducing electric power parameters was conducted and the errors in measuring active and reactive power caused by the phase shift angle of input measuring current converters were investigated. The possibility of creating a primary standard of electric power and energy in Ukraine was proven. The analysis of errors of complex multivector voltage and current systems and their influence on the accuracy of reproduction of electricity parameters was carried out. Mathematical models of digital measuring converters were created. Methods for correcting additive, multiplicative, angular errors in measuring electricity parameters were developed and investigated. The principles of functioning of a specialized multiphase voltage and current calibrator are proposed and analyzed, in which the parameters of the signals of a multiphase generator are corrected according to the results of measurements of a precision meter of parameters of signals of electrical networks according to the microcontroller algorithm, which made it possible to create a precision calibrator of electric power and energy. Methods and algorithms for correcting the parameters of the output signals of a multiphase generator by taking into account the results of measuring the specified parameters in the measuring converter are developed and investigated.
