Beketov national university of urban economy in Kharkiv popup.description1 The aim of the project is to improve the proposed method of non-invasive assessment of function endothelium using a sample of reactive hyperemia, development and creation of the necessary hardware and software, conducting experimental research for confirmation of the theoretical justification popup.description2 The study proposes a new modern method for assessing the functional state of the endothelium, the capabilities of which exceed those of all existing methods. The influence of natural temporal changes in the parameters of central hemodynamics and parameters of arterial vascular tone central regulation system, the influence of the arterial vascular tone endothelial regulation operating point ’s location, and the influence of changes in peripheral resistance of arterial vessels during the test of reactive hyperemia on the result of endothelial function assessment have been theoretically proved and experimentally confirmed. Specific ways to neutralize the influence of these destabilizing factors and ways of their implementation are proposed. The prospect of using the assessment of the dynamic range of changes in arterial elasticity in the test of reactive hyperemia as an information parameter for the assessment of FE have been proved. A method for removing FE estimation errors associated with changes in transmural pressure in blood vessels due to the effect of occlusion or nitroglycerin on peripheral resistance and vascular tone was proposed and experimentally tested. The possibility of neutralizing the effect of pharmaceuticals used by the patient during treatment on the results of endothelial function assessment was considered and experimentally confirmed. The possibility of reducing the study time by combining samples with endothelium-dependent and endothelium-independent vasodilation was considered. The obtained results allow us to hope for the intensive development of a new specialized methodology for assessing integrated realized cardiovascular risks, for conducting large-scale screening examinations of the population, the implementation of which will improve the quality of early diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases.
