The following were identified and substantiated: 1) the features of assessing the professional activity of a pedagogical worker of a general secondary education institution, 2) the presence of fundamental differences in conceptual approaches to the formation of the content of professional standards of pedagogical workers of secondary education institutions abroad and in Ukraine; 3) in world practice there is no single (common) vision of approaches to the formation of organizational models for assessing the effectiveness of the professional activity of a pedagogical worker of a secondary education institution; 4) the possibility of using the assessment of the results of the professional activity of a pedagogical worker of a secondary school as a method of determining the effectiveness of the existing mechanism for ensuring the quality of education in an educational institution was proven; 5) a list of principles and functions for assessing the professional activity of a pedagogical worker of the General Secondary Education Institution was developed. II. The following were theoretically substantiated: 1) a model of an electronic system for assessing the professional activity of pedagogical workers of general secondary education institutions; 2) mechanisms for integrating electronic self-assessment systems; 3) modern approaches to the implementation of digital platforms for assessing the professional activities of pedagogical workers in the unified information space of the ZZSO; 4) the use of artificial intelligence for personalized assessment of the professional activities of pedagogical workers; 5) the use of artificial intelligence in assessing the academic achievements of education seekers. III. The following were experimentally investigated: the attitude of the teacher, as an object of assessment, to various models of assessing his pedagogical activity.
