Purpose of the Study: To develop a technology for psychophysiological support of the hardiness of professionals in socionomic professions and various segments of the Ukrainian population during martial law and post-war recovery. Methods of the Study: Analysis and synthesis of data from scientific literature on the research topic, classification, structural-functional modeling, surveys, psychodiagnostic techniques, psychophysiological research methods, and analysis of work outcomes. Theoretical and Practical Results: Development of two technologies: 1) Psychophysiological support for the hardiness of professionals in socionomic professions during martial law and post-war recovery; 2) Ensuring psychophysiological resilience among various segments of the Ukrainian population during martial law and post-war recovery. Additionally, approaches and diagnostic tools were developed to assess these critically important integral characteristics for preserving health and ensuring effective human functioning during wartime. Novelty: These technologies have been developed for the first time. Implementation Information: The results of the scientific study have been implemented in four higher education institutions, three research institutions (including the Armed Forces of Ukraine), one secondary education institution, and one organization. The results have been widely disseminated through materials presented at over 60 large-scale scientific and scientific-practical events and in 131 scientific articles, including 28 in English in journals indexed by Scopus and WoS.
