It was experimentally established that the administration of the AXAM solution and the XLM solution at a dose of 10 ml/kg daily for 30 days does not negatively affect the blood coagulation system of experimental animals, including screening coagulation tests and thromboelastogram parameters. In a rabbit model of toxic hepatitis, it was shown that administering AXAM and XLM at a dose of 10 ml/kg daily for 14 days reduced the impact of the toxic agent. It was determined that these solutions are safe, do not have a negative effect on the damaged liver, and that infusion therapy with these solutions in experimental toxic hepatitis reduces the severity of the disease. The results of a clinical study of the previously developed infusion preparation Sorbilact in oncology patients with stomach cancer after gastrectomy with splenectomy (50 patients), rectal cancer after anterior resection of the rectum (60 patients), and sigmoid colon cancer after sigmoid colon resection (45 patients) during the early postoperative period are presented.
