The purpose of the work is the selection of design and technological parameters of the water supply and water distribution network of irrigation systems to increase operational reliability. The influence of the layout schemes of the water supply and water distribution network, its subordination on ensuring pressure stabilization at critical points of the irrigation system network was determined. The process of water supply and water distribution, as well as the process of water transportation through open and closed water pipes, was simulated. Based on the results of the simulation, a method for calculating the main parameters of the water supply and water distribution network of irrigation systems was developed. As a result of the research, it was established that the minimum loss of hydraulic pressure in the process of water supply and water distribution occurs under the condition of optimizing the design and technological parameters of the closed and open water pipe system. Based on the research, basic technological schemes of water supply and water distribution of irrigation systems were developed. The implementation of developed technological schemes for water supply and water distribution, as well as design solutions, helps ensure the stability of irrigation systems, which allows reducing energy consumption by 20-30%.
