A decrease in Ki-67 indicators as a result of NAPCT was noted in 76% of patients, in 15.6% a complete clinical and pathomorphological regression of the tumor was diagnosed, in 3.1% stabilization was noted and in 5.2% an increase in Ki-67 values. Cancer in situ was morphologically diagnosed in 1.04% of patients with elevated Ki-67 levels. In general, 92.7% of patients showed a positive trend towards NAPCT. A decrease in the size of the primary tumor was noted in all patients after NAPCT, even in patients where Ki-67 indicators did not decrease. Prior to NAPCT, criteria T0, Tis, T1 were not diagnosed in any patient. After neoadjuvant therapy, the number of patients with the specified tumor criteria was 45.9%. Before the start of treatment, 97.9% of patients were diagnosed with metastatic lesions of the regional lymph nodes (LN). After NAPCT, the absence of damage to regional blood vessels was confirmed morphologically in 56.2% of patients. 37.5% of patients were diagnosed with a change in the molecular genetic phenotype of the primary tumor towards the most favorable luminal A phenotype. Structural changes in the thyroid gland (thyroid gland) before the start of treatment were diagnosed in 81.2%, functional in 27.1% of women. After the treatment, structural changes in the thyroid gland were diagnosed in 7.3% and functional changes in 5.2% of patients. Product Description popup.authors Antonenko Yurii V.
