Purpose of the Work: To identify and substantiate scientific approaches to improving the quality of media content in the context of modern information transformations and challenges inspired by wartime conditions. Results and Novelty: Scientific approaches for improving media quality were developed and implemented in practice. Methodological recommendations for publishers were created, focusing on: • Justifying the quality of the information system through adherence to media standards. • Diversifying content to cater to different target audiences. • Ensuring gender parity in the media. • Examining the historical aspects of media and publishing activities. • Analyzing the digital component in modern visual communication, particularly 3D graphics, and providing recommendations for production. The implementation of these provisions has been reflected in the scientific output of the department's staff, including articles, expert monitoring reports, dissertations, training manuals, and participation in scientific conferences, seminars, and round tables.
