MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF HYDROGEN DEGRADATION OF STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS OF POWER EQUIPMENT AND PIPELINES TO DETERMINE THEIR SAFE OPERATION CONDITIONS The object of research is structural elements of power equipment, pipelines for transporting oil and gas in hydrogen degradation. The purpose of the work is to develop methods and assess the risks of emergency situations - catastrophic destruction of steel structural elements, depressurization of pipelines taking into account technological defects, aggressive effects of a hydrogen environment. Research methods - theoretical analytical and numerous studies, processing of experimental data, elements of the theory of differential equations, the use of software systems for calculating the finite element method, systematization and graphical processing of research results. The analysis of published primary sources on the physical and chemical foundations and mathematical modeling of the research problem was carried out. The information was systematized. A methodology for assessing the risks of failure under static load conditions in structural elements of various steel grades in hydrogen environments was developed. Approaches to assessing the life of structural elements taking into account the vulnerability of welded joints to failure were developed. An analytical and numerical methodology for assessing the life of pipelines for oil and gas transportation was developed.  Product Description popup.authors Hembara Taras V. popup.nrat_date 2025-01-20 Close
