For instance, substances were synthesized that show potential for use in anti-inflammatory drugs due to their ability to reduce the production of key inflammatory mediators. Other developed compounds showed antibacterial activity, as well as prospects in the fight against metabolic disorders (SIRT1 inhibitors) and viruses, in particular COVID-19. Special attention was paid to substances with psychotropic effects, which can be used as potential APIs to create innovative drugs that reduce anxiety and depression. To enhance their effectiveness, advanced nanomaterials were designed for targeted delivery of these drugs within the body. Additionally, novel synthesis methods were proposed, paving the way for the creation of substances with improved permeability through cell membranes.
