Theoretical models of psychotechnologies of assistance in wartime and post-war contexts are developed for internally displaced persons (IDPs) in order to strengthen self-confidence, for IDPs who have experienced psychotraumatic structural regression and have psychosomatic manifestations and/or bodily pathological processes, for IDPs in developing stress resistance, for IDPs to strengthen personal resources, to develop the resilience of IDPs and their children. The methodological toolkit is substantiated depending on the type of displaced persons, the main requests for psychological assistance, the typical symptoms of the victims and its intensity (methods, techniques, strategies, etc.). The programs for testing the use of psychological assistance technologies for IDPs, TPOs and their children are specified and algorithmised, taking into account the current context of its implementation. The testing of psychological assistance technologies was conducted on forcibly displaced persons, temporarily displaced persons and their children. The specifics were determined, algorithmised and adjusted accordingly depending on current social factors and conditions of psychotherapeutic assistance that arose in connection with military events, the main requests for psychological assistance, typical symptoms of victims, etc.; a prognostic analysis of the specifics of psychological assistance to these categories of victims in the post-war period was carried out.
