Aim to substantiate and develop a compact, energy-efficient, autonomous device using the synergistic effect of mechanical filtration, ozonation, and UV radiation for purifying surface water in extreme conditions, including military operations. An analysis of modern water purification and disinfection methods was conducted, enabling the systematization of their advantages and disadvantages. Ukraine's surface water quality was assessed, and significant pollution sources were identified and compared to international drinking water quality standards. The patterns of filtering turbid water were researched, allowing the determination of optimal conditions for removing solid particles. The influence of ozone concentration on the disinfection of biological contaminants was established, and parameters for detoxifying dissolved chemical compounds were identified. The effect of ultraviolet radiation on water disinfection quality and the thermal regimes of the process was studied, resulting in recommendations for improving purification efficiency. An experimental model of an autonomous device was developed to ensure high-quality drinking water with minimal energy and resource consumption. The research results confirm the effectiveness of the combined approach in resource-limited conditions and emergencies. Product Description popup.authors Vorobiov Bohdan V. Haiduchok Oleksandr H.
