In the 0-30 cm layer in the 7-10-type crop rotations, the humus content was higher by 0.13%, Cg – by 0.08%, and the Cg and Corg-CO2 stocks – by 15.6 t/ha compared to the short-rotation crop rotations. When replacing manure with by-products, the total removal of Corg from the agrocenosis due to the applied manure decreased by 2.2 times, and the removal of the marketable part of the crop accounted for 1.5 times less Corg. The loss of organic carbon through mineralization (Corg(СО2)) was 3.39 times lower compared to the use of straw. The intensity of the Corg balance in the agrocenosis when manure was applied increased by 1.7 times and reached 30-36%. When manure was applied through mineralization, 3.45 times less СО2 was released into the atmosphere by cumulative output: 580 t/ha versus 2000 t/ha when applying the non-marketable part of the crop or 40 t/ha and 135 t/ha, respectively. In the general series of crop rotations for 7-10-field crop rotations, the most effective were No. 5, which is 50% - grains, 20% - row crops, 30% - fodder with a humus content of 4.01%; crop rotation No. 9: 50% - grains, 10% - legumes, 20% - row crops, 20% - fodder; No. 2 - 50% - grains, 20% - technical, 20% - peas, 10% - fodder; No. 17 - 40% - grains, 20% - legumes, 30% - technical, 10% - fodder.
