The process of managing innovation-oriented business structures on the main economic determinants in the minds of establishing development parameters will be considered. The subject of consideration is the theoretical and methodological structure of the functions and management of the economic determinants of the development of innovation-oriented business structures in the minds of the formation of individual enterprises. The method is a conceptual substantiation of the economic determinants of the innovative and informational development of business structures in the minds of the digital transformation of the Ukrainian economy, as well as the development of mechanisms for the formation and realization of the innovative and informational potential of subjects of economic nationality. Research methods: system analysis, synthesis, coordination, integration, modeling, analysis of scientific literature and statistical data, case study of implementation of digital technologies. The main results: the conceptual model of functioning and management of the development of innovation-oriented business structures is revealed, which allows implementing digital technologies for the transformation of business processes; the switching of key economic determinants related to the development of crypto-assets and modern technologies has been formed; proposed typology of financial financing models and business models in the context of Web 3.0; Mechanisms for the inclusion of smart contracts and decentralized supplements for the formation of new economic indicators have been developed.
