It was proved that the level of matrix metalloproteinase-9 >194,8 ng/ml, in the addition with the amount of balls due to EQ-5D scale < 55 on the first day of MI means that prognosis is negative (repeated myocardial infarction, cardiovascular death, hospitalisation because of cardiovascular reasons) durind 6-month period observation. It was proved, that NT-proBNP>953 pg/ml, longitudinal strain >8% and mechanical dispersion in the highest 68.0 [63.0-78.0] are independent predictors of LV adverce cardiac remodeling. This fact on early stages of afterinfarction period allows to distinguish patients who can potentially create adverse LV remodeling and at the end, chronic heart failure.
