CHILDREN, NERVOUS SYSTEM, AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDERS, EPILEPTIC ENCEPHALOPATHIES, NON-SECULAR EPILEPTIC ENCEPHALOPATHIES, GENETIC DIAGNOSTICS, TARGETED TREATMENT, NEURODEVOLUTIONARY DISORDERS, MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING, ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAPHY, EEG MONITORING Object of the study: 100 children of early and preschool age with genetic forms of epileptic encephalopathies, developmental encephalopathies, autism spectrum disorders and cognitive disintegration. The goal of the stage: to develop criteria for diagnosing genetically determined forms of early epileptic encephalopathies and their role in the formation of higher nervous activity disorders in children of early and preschool age from regions affected by military aggression. Research methods: clinical, electroencephalographic mapping, EEG video monitoring of night sleep, magnetic resonance imaging of the brain, magnetic resonance tractography, whole-exome sequencing, pathopsychological diagnostics. Electroencephalographic mapping and EEG video monitoring were performed on the Spectrum+ diagnostic complex as part of the Neuron-Spectrum+ EEG signal block. MR tomography was performed using a MagnetomVisionPlus 1.5 T magnetic resonance tomograph (SIEMENS). As a result of the studies, specific changes in bioelectric activity (according to EEG data) and structural disorders of the brain (according to MRI data) were identified. The novelty of the work lies in studying the nature of the main trigger factors that lead to the development of genetic forms of epileptic encephalopathies and developmental encephalopathies, determining the factors of the state of health that contribute to the development of disorders of higher nervous activity in children; on the basis of which to develop diagnostic schemes and complex pathogenetically determined therapy of genetic forms of epileptic encephalopathies.
