The importance of this study lies in the necessity to integrate the latest pedagogical technologies into the educational process. It aims to develop a new information support system for education, aligning with Ukraine's goal of joining the transcontinental computer information network, as outlined in the Concept of Distance Education Development in Ukraine.The second stage of the 2024 study focuses on students, teachers, and parents, evaluating satisfaction, technological completeness, and ICT competencies in schools. It establishes monitoring principles based on European practices, including systematicity, relevance, transparency, and data security. Evaluation criteria are compliance with goals, ease of use, content quality, security, and extensibility. The study includes a nationwide survey of teachers on their readiness to use digital tools under martial law. Results aim to provide recommendations for enhancing the methodology for monitoring the digital environment in Ukrainian schools, aligning with European education quality standards.
