Two compositions of such alloys were selected, one is an analogue of the 32NKD alloy, the other is an analogue of the foreign Superinvar alloy. The method of melting alloys allows for high-precision repetition of the chemical composition, which is confirmed by certified chemical analysis. Measurements of changes in linear dimensions in the operating temperature range show the required level of TCLR and mechanical properties of the melted alloys. Using the "hydride" approach, which consists in sintering hydrogenated powders of the initial components, getter samples of the required geometry of three chemical compositions were obtained. The optimal parameters of the powder size, pressing and sintering temperature were determined to obtain the required porosity of the products and absorption characteristics not worse than foreign analogues.
