The strategies, methods, tools for the transformation of the tourism industry in the post-war period are considered; the current situation in the tourism industry during the war period is investigated and ways to restore it are proposed, taking into account the negative impact of crisis phenomena on the tourism industry and tourism infrastructure. The strategy of restoring the tourism industry and developing tourism, hotel and restaurant industry through anti-crisis management and marketing tools in the tourism industry is investigated; psychological, rehabilitation and recreational aspects of recovery of victims of military operations; information and business components of post-war development are determined. The conceptual approaches and practical recommendations for the implementation of public marketing mechanisms in the field of tourism and hotel and restaurant business; technological and organizational aspects of management of tourism industry enterprises; personnel management in tourism industry enterprises are considered.
