The design of the device with a special moving nozzle is proposed, which provides high efficiency of dust removal. Based on the analysis of existing research, an equation has been developed to assess the cleaning efficiency of scrubbers with a moving nozzle, which allows taking into account key process parameters. A mathematical model for optimizing the design of devices with a conical shape of the lower part has been developed, which has shown the prospects of this approach. Calculations have been carried out that demonstrate the minimal influence of the height of the superlayer space on the cleaning efficiency, and a method has been proposed for determining the optimal height of the cylindrical part of the scrubber to ensure process stability. Recommendations have been formulated for the use of devices in industry, focusing on their efficiency for cleaning ventilation and technological emissions. The proposed approaches allow improving the quality of gas cleaning, reducing material removal from the working area, and adapting devices for operation in various industries.
