Ivanova, Кандидат педагогічних наук Registration Date 23-01-2025 Organization Institute of Digitalization of Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine popup.description1 to develop a methodology for the development of digital competence of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers by means of open educational and scientific information systems popup.description2  Within the framework of the first stage of the research, the following scientific results were obtained: the content of the main terms and concepts in the educational and pedagogical field related to the subject of the study was clarified, in particular, ‘digital competence of researchers and research and teaching staff’, ‘development of digital competence of researchers and research and teaching staff’; the components of digital competence of research and teaching staff, which correlate with the regulated types of professional activities of research and teaching staff in accordance with the current legislation, are identified: digital educational, digital research, digital methodological, digital organisational and communication, and digital cross-activity; criteria and indicators for the development of digital competence of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers have been developed: educational digital, methodological digital, research digital, organisational digital and integrative digital; Each criterion has indicators: a list of knowledge, skills and abilities of research and teaching staff that serve as a basis for assessing the level of development of their digital competence; a model for the development of digital competence of research and teaching staff is substantiated and developed; an electronic resource (distance learning course) on the Google Classroom platform was developed for training research and teaching staff; a survey of research and teaching staff was conducted using Google Forms Product Description popup.authors Ivanova Svitlana M.
