Our study of the content of nitric oxide in prostate adenocarcinoma tissue showed that its concentration is increased in all groups of patients with different stages of prostate cancer compared to the control group. The bifunctional nature of nitric oxide in the genesis of prostate cancer was established. Based on the studied indicators, a classification of the adenocarcinoma phenotype was developed, which allows predicting the risk of tumor metastasis. Molecular genetic groups of highly aggressive forms of prostate cancer were identified. The role of the biomarker of nitric oxide metabolites in the progression and metastasis of renal cell carcinoma to the brain was studied. The apoptosis activity of the gastric mucosa and kidneys was determined by the level of fragmented DNA under conditions of experimental restraint stress. Experimental immobilization stress has a significant effect on the level of DNA fragmentation in the renal medulla.
