A decrease in the height of villi is observed within 60 days after the end of EPHG administration. The severity of the decrease in the height of CO DC villi decreases in the period from 1 to 60 days after the end of EPHG administration. 2. Administration of EP extract to rats that did not receive EPHG is accompanied by an increase in the height of CO DC villi on day 1 of the study. From 1 to 60 days after the end of EPHG administration, the height of CO DC villi decreases. 3. Administration of thiotriazoline to rats that did not receive EPHG leads to an increase in the height of CO DC villi, which is observed within 15 days after the end of drug administration. During the period from 1 to 60 days of observation, the height of the villi of the CO DC of rats exposed to thiotriazoline decreases. 4. The use of the EP extract, as well as the use of thiotriazoline during inhalation of EPCHG reduces the severity and duration of the decrease in the height of the villi, as well as the duration of the decrease in the mitotic activity of the epithelial cells of the CO DC, caused by this chemical.
