As a result of the irradiation of needle-shaped tungsten samples with helium atoms at an energy of 5 keB, the localization of radiation adatoms in the central part of the terraces of crystal planes {321} and the presence of zones with a zero concentration of adatoms near the atomic ladders were revealed. It was experimentally shown and confirmed by mathematical modeling that as a result of irradiation of molybdenum with low-energy helium atoms, radiation-stimulated formation of molybdenum adatoms occurs, and their movement in the surface channeling mode over significant distances (~30-40 Å) within the near-surface potential well. New fundamental data were obtained regarding the elastic and dissipative properties of high-entropy alloys in the temperature range 77-300: single-phase FeMnCoCrNi, multiphase FeMnCoCrNiV0.75 and amorphous ZrTiCuNiBe. For the first time, thermally activated processes of structural relaxation have been discovered, caused by the relaxation resonance of dislocation segments of the Bordoni and Hazigut types in crystalline alloys and atomic jumps in the potential relief of intercluster boundaries in an amorphous alloy. Keywords: tungsten, molybdenum, irradiation, field microscopy, mathematical modeling, atomic structure, high-entropy alloys, elastic and dissipative properties.  Product Description popup.authors Azarienkov Mykola O.
