PHYSIOLOGICAL AND BIOCHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF STRAINS OF THE GENUS TRICHODERMA – ANTAGONISTS OF PHYTOPATHOGENS Stage 2. Study of the activity of a complex of chitinolytic enzymes of strains of the genus Trichoderma – antagonists of phytopathogens. The object of research are strains of fungi of the Trichoderma genus. The purpose of the research is to study the activity of a complex of chitinolytic enzymes of selected strains of the genus Trichoderma. Research methods - physiological, biochemical, microbiological methods. The chitinolytic, laminarinase and proteolytic enzymatic activity of selected highly antagonistic strains of Trichoderma was investigated in the work. Strain 320 was the most active of the studied Trichoderma strains in terms of laminarinase, proteolytic and chitinolytic activity. Strain 1515 and No. 7 were less active, and strain No. 1 was the least active. Thus, according to the investigated spectrum of enzymatic activities, Trichoderma strains can be placed in the following series in the order of their decrease: 320 > 1515 > No. 7A > No. 1.
