Among the complications of the great obstetric syndrome, which is especially dangerous for the life of mothers and children, preeclampsia (PE) is widespread (accounting for 5-10% of all pregnancies in the world). The decomposition is characterized by unresolved movements of the blood pressure after the 20th stage of pregnancy. A progressive deterioration of the situation can lead to trial and death of the mother and child, which requires immediate delivery by cesarean surgery. This saves the life of the mother and child, but does not reduce their further risks. Studies of gene expression in the placenta will help to understand what processes are occurring there and to identify potential processes that may serve as markers of complexity and targets for potential rejoicing. Current molecular biology has accumulated a wealth of data from large-scale expression of genes, but due to their high variability, a small amount of research has been carried out in various laboratories around the world. The goal of the project is to develop bioinformatic methods for combining natural and openly accessible data for normalization and integration of them in a larger group along the lines of gestation. It is important to characterize how the expression of genes in the placental tissue changes between normal trimesters of gestation in order to determine the control values of the processes for further investigation of the of the complexity. This work is not only of scientific interest, but also important in view of the serious demographic situation in Ukraine. Product Description popup.authors Lykhenko Oleksandr K. Martseniuk Olha P.
