The choice of this particular direction of the project is due to the acceleration of the rate of growth of the number of cancer patients in Ukraine. The main idea of ​​the approach to the creation of telerehabilitation tools is the combination of methods and tools of artificial intelligence with mathematical methods of solving complex problems in the chosen field of application. popup.description2  The goal is to create a cloud platform for patient-centered telerehabilitation of cancer patients based on mathematical modeling and optimization. Guidelines for telerehabilitation for breast cancer patients and a library of video sessions have been developed and approved at the Department of Physical, Rehabilitation and Family Medicine at the P.L. Shupyk National Institute of Health. Mathematical models based on non-smooth and discrete optimization have been developed, in particular the tasks of optimizing the number of interventions and the selection of specialists, adjusting the parameters of the patient's condition. The architectural, structural and functional characteristics of the TRP have been corrected, the software of the reference subsystem has been optimized and integrated with the TRP using the API, the "TaskFlow Optimizer" module has been developed and integrated into the reference subsystem. Administrative subsystem, software modules "Medical Conclusions", "Patients" and "Telerehabilitation" were developed, testing of the TRP functionality according to the requirements of the electronic health system were carried out. The TRP with the functionality of telerehabilitation work with the patient was tested in the telerehabilitation department of the National Cancer Institute. Teaching program was developed and tested using the TRP itself in the lecture process online at the Department of Physical, Rehabilitation and Family Medicine at the P.L. Shupyk National Institute of Health. As a retsult, a working prototype of the TRP was created, which is installed on the server at the Institute, users are provided with guest access at the link https://e-rehab.pp.ua/home. 4 certificates of implementation were received, a collective monograph, methodological recommendations, 16 articles indexed in Scopus/WoS, 5 articles in professional publications and 12 materials from scientific conferences were published.
