The main task of the second stage of the research was to conduct an empirical study of the personal resources and characteristics of the psychological health of pedagogical workers of general secondary schools. In order to implement the task of the second stage of the research, questionnaires, a Google questionnaire, psychodiagnostic and vocational diagnostic methods were used to study the state of psychological health, adaptation characteristics, components of mental health, personality integrity and tendency to self-realisation in professional activity in relation to global changes. Based on the results, scientific and methodological foundations and a model of psychological support for teachers' professional activities in the context of global change were developed.
