The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for ensuring dust and gas safety during the operation of the underground screw compressor unit UKVSh 5/7 when it is placed in the mine with an outgoing air stream. Research methods are generalization and analysis of results, calculations using standard methods. As a result of the work, the ventilation scheme of the mine workings of the “Dniprovska” mine, PSU "Mine Management Dniprovske” PJSC "DFEK Pavlogradvugillia" was analyzed. “Recommendations for ensuring dust and gas safety during the operation of the underground screw compressor unit UKVSh 5/7 when it is placed in the mine with an outgoing air stream, the “Dniprovska” mine, PSU "Mine Management Dniprovske” PJSC "DFEK Pavlogradvugillia" was developed. The placement of the underground compressor screw unit UKVSh 5/7 in the northern main retreat of the C10v formation, through which the exhaust ventilation air stream from the workings of the western wing of the mine is discharged, has been agreed.
