The synthesis of potential activators of sirtuin-1 - heterocyclic compounds with imidazole, pyrazole, thiazolone and indole fragments in the structure was carried out, their molecular structure and purity were established by physicochemical, spectral, chromatographic methods. The acute toxicity of the original derivatives of nitrogen-containing heterocycles was evaluated in vivo. In models of prediabetes and hyperlipidemic metabolic memory in rats, the effect of a promising sirtuin-1 activator compound, pyrabentin, under the conditions of long-term oral administration on the leading links in the development of obesity, type 2 diabetes and accompanying metabolic and physiological disorders was proven. On two models of experimental hepatitis, it was proven that a new combined agent based on a dicarboxylic acid derivative and a selenium-containing compound has pronounced antioxidant, detoxifying and membrane-stabilizing properties, the ability to positively influence metabolic processes in the liver, spermatogenesis та тиреоїдний гомеостаз і є перспективним як потенційний лікарський засіб для корекції функціонально-метаболічних порушень печінки та коморбідних ендокринних патологій. The functional role of SIRT1 (rs7069102, rs2273773) and TR53 (rs1042522) gene single-nucleotide polymorphisms in the Eastern Ukrainian population of type 2 diabetes patients was revealed. Field of application - health care, pharmaceutical industry.  Product Description popup.authors Bielkina Inna O. Borodina Viktoriia V. Bui Olha D. Vakula Volodymyr M. Hladkykh Oleksandr I.
