Hypothyroidism was induced by induction of AIT in Wistar rats by immunization with xenogeneic thyroid antigen (TSG) in combination with Freund's complete adjuvant, which resulted in significant long-term disturbances of thyroid structure and function. Hypothyroidism obtained after immunization was corrected with cord blood serum preparations "Cryocell-Criocord" (KK), "Samirin" (SM) and the reference drug "L-thyroxine" (LT4). The effective effect of the tested drugs on the immune system, thyroid and hormone-producing function and thyroid morphostructure was determined. It was determined that the studied drugs contributed to the normalization of individual parts of the immune system - both cellular and humoral, in varying degrees of severity. The normalization of metabolic indicators and indicators of the antioxidant protection system was noted. The use of CC was more effective in relation to the indicators of the immune system compared to the reference drug. According to indicators of antioxidant activity, SM had a more positive effect. The peculiarities of the effect of the studied drugs on hormonal, biochemical, immunological indicators and histostructure of the thyroid gland were proven. The revealed multipotent properties of KK and SM allow us to consider them as potentially promising means in the complex therapy of hypothyroidism of autoimmune genesis.
