To achieve this, the influence of the properties of the working solution and the technological parameters of the prototype created at the previous stage on HOCl concentration in the air being treated was analyzed in detail. The influence of single and repeated inhalations of HOCl on the activity of enzymes of the antioxidant system of experimental animals was studied. A separate direction of the research was the synthesis and study of the chemical, antimicrobial and pharmacological properties of N-halotaurines, in particular N-chlorotaurine - one of the most important chlorine-active compounds of the immune system and a powerful endogenous microbiocide with the outstanding tolerability. At this stage, data on the use of highly pure N-chlorotaurine solutions for single and repeated infusions in laboratory animals, including animals with simulated intoxications, have been supplemented and summarized.
