For the first time, the pathophysiological aspects of the development and formation of a critical state in polytrauma were comprehensively studied, taking into account the time of recovery of tissue perfusion, normalization of oxygen supply and consumption, and metabolic homeostasis.The scientific justification of a differentiated approach to the implementation of individualized monitoring-controlled infusion therapy with balanced isotonic crystalloid solutions and vasopressor support in patients in the acute period of polytrauma is given.
