The purpose of research work is to theoretically substantiate and verify the effectiveness of advanced training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers in higher military educational institutions. Research methods. In the process of work, the following methods were used: analysis of domestic and foreign philosophical, psychological, pedagogical and methodological literature – to find out the state of development of the problem; abstraction and specification to define the concept of advanced training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers in higher military educational institutions; synthesis, systematization, comparison, generalization – to study the essence and content of advanced training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers in higher military educational institutions. To implement the tasks, methods of theoretical and empirical research were used, which were mutually enriching and ensured the achievement of the goal of research work.
