The goal of the project is to develop a method for calculating the stress-strain state and assessing the possibility of loss of operational qualities due to degradation of physical and mechanical properties and failure of structural elements of gas turbine engines and steam and gas turbines. Research methods: methods of solid mechanics and applied mathematics - theories of plasticity and creep, continuum damage mechanics, finite element method, finite difference methods of integration of initial problems, experimental. A review of scientific publications on high-temperature deformation and long-term strength of turbomachine elements under conditions of degradation of material properties was performed. A mathematical formulation and method for solving creep problems were developed taking into account the effects of wear and corrosion. New equations of state to describe creep and damage accumulation during high-temperature corrosion and wear were proposed. Approaches to modeling and accounting for single and cyclic impact loading processes have been created. Research calculation software modules have been developed. The calculations of beams, tubes and plates have been carried out to obtain the results of verification studies and comparison with experimental data. The design and production of the experimental setup has been done and the measurement results have been tested in the analysis of wear of aluminum alloy specimens.
