An analysis of information on Ukrainian-Polish/Polish-Ukrainian cooperation has been carried out for the first time; a scientific and bibliographic review (1,898 sources) of the state of reflection of Polish-Ukrainian cooperation in the field of education and pedagogy by means of scientific and auxiliary bibliographic publications is presented. The results of the content analysis of the implementation of the basic provisions of Open Science in the research activities of scientific libraries of higher education institutions that are members of the network of educational libraries of the NAES and the MES of Ukraine are also presented. In addition, the scientific achievements of V. I. Luhovyi for the period 2023-2024 were studied and highlighted, as well as the study of information materials on traditional and electronic media and the selection of relevant bibliographic information on various aspects and processes of the development of the New Ukrainian School during 2017-2023 were carried out. The following were further developed: theoretical and methodological approaches to attracting new intellectually processed information on the scientific activities of Ukrainian scientists and teachers who worked on the New Ukrainian School, Polish-Ukrainian cooperation in the field of education and pedagogy; monitoring of scientific and information activities of the leading book collections of the network of educational libraries of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine; clarified information on the key concepts of the topic under study (information educational and scientific space; biographical information resources; open science, etc.) Information on more than 250 significant dates and events in 2025 was entered into the factual database “Significant and Memorable Dates in Education” and the online project “Calendar of Significant and Memorable Dates in Education” was implemented.
