The deteriorating situation in the world, growing instability, conflict potential and military danger pose a real external threat to national interests and the implementation of the country's development strategy. At the same time, finding a psychological platform for strengthening social cohesion and strengthening existing social and psychological ties in times of geopolitical instability is necessary to build the country's cohesion, which is the central task of the State Strategy for Regional Development of Ukraine for 2021-2027. That is why, in the context of internal and external threats to national security, the challenge is to develop psychological foundations for strengthening subjectivity and constructing a common strategy for the development of a single Ukrainian space and national cohesion for the actors.
