To this end, it is planned to study in detail the features of the carbon cycle in these systems of Ukraine with the help of analytical models, satellite data and ground-based land surveys. The result of such a study should be the identification of patterns, anomalies and important feedbacks that affect the processes of extraction and carbon emissions by these systems under conditions of climate change and anthropogenic pressures. This will clarify the forecasts of climate change at the regional and local levels, improve landscape management strategies, especially - management of wetlands, which are a block of natural landscapes, promising to intensify the absorption of CO2 in global warming, in order to adapt the social sphere to these problems, as well as to develop recommendations for minimizing the negative consequences and adaptation of the social sphere in relation to climate change at the regional and local levels. popup.description2  The deep processes of world reconstruction that are taking place today both physically (the global economic crisis, changes in environmental pollution) and also socially and humanitarian (quality of life and the structure of consumption, moral and ethical principles, etc.), all these issues are relevant for Ukraine. The development and effectiveness of the modernization of Ukraine depends primarily on the state of social and economic challenges. One of the most acute problems currently facing Ukraine, in particular, is climate change. Although climate change is a natural phenomenon, it is certainly one of the phenomena that humanity will continue to face for centuries to come. The process of climate change is nature's response to human activity. Working with climate change raises questions not only about how nature will respond to its major consequences but also about what will happen if these people go beyond the predicted changes in economic, social, and, in many ways, existential terms. This means that it can be argued that climate change should be seen as a major obstacle to sustainable development. Regular monitoring of air temperature since 1900 in Ukraine once again confirms the dynamics of warming from year to year. It is possible to assume that, under optimistic scenarios, the air temperature may reach some kind of plateau with constant values, but this has not yet happened, and it is difficult to predict whether it will decrease. So, it becomes obvious that practical solutions to extremely complex problems of society's interaction with the environment must be found already today. The study aims to obtain detailed estimates of the socio-ecological impacts caused by climate change on ecosystems and the population of Ukraine. The work is based on applying complex analytical methods to satellite observation data, which will significantly improve the existing estimates. The work aims to clarify the socio-ecological impacts caused by climate change. Product Description popup.authors Yelistratova Lesia O. Azimov Oleksandr T. Voroboiv Anatolii I. Dzhun Halyna Ya.
