This especially applies to various categories of the population, including the younger generation. In recent decades, there has been a significant deterioration in the health of the population of Ukraine, in particular children of different age categories and social groups. The issue of physical fitness deserves special attention. In addition, solving the problem is difficult when the situation concerns schoolchildren with impaired health, and this includes schoolchildren of different age periods in the educational space: from primary school students, prepubertal, pubertal age, to students of early adolescence. The relevance of the problem is emphasized by the approval in Ukraine of the main directions of the National Strategy for the "comprehensive development of physical culture and increasing the motor activity of children" as well as the physical development and physical fitness of the younger generation of Ukraine.
