The purpose of the study is the development of an algorithm for transferring open-access journals to the Universal journal publishing platform of the NAS of Ukraine. Research methods: source and comparative analysis; scientometric, statistical, and system analysis; graphical and analytical (to illustrate the results of the study); generalization and abstract-logical, as well as methods of comprehensive monitoring of the NAS of Ukraine publishing products presentation in the electronic space. The relevance of the planned work is related to the need for scientific publications published in the scientific journals of the NAS of Ukraine to be included in the open science cloud. This work requires the creation of the basic principles for the transition of scientific periodicals to open publishing systems in a unified form, ensuring the support of the Dublin core and protocols that enable the integration of these publications with various aggregators. The obtained results will enable further implementation of modern communication technologies in the practice of academic scientific journals, their introduction to the world's harvesters, and replenish the Universal Publishing Platform of Open Access Journals of the NAS of Ukraine.
