The object of the research is a systemic complex of theoretical foundations, methodologically dynamically constructed tools, and recommendations related to facilitating the country's transition to a digital economy under the conditions of Industries 3.0, 4.0, and 5.0. The aim of the study is to explore the fundamental principles and develop a scientific and methodological framework, as well as practical tools, to substantiate strategies for Ukraine’s transition to a digital economy model based on the implementation of breakthrough technologies. In accordance with this aim, the following tasks have been set in the study: develop a concept and tools for substantiating a strategy for transitioning to a digital economy model; analyze bottlenecks and successful practices in the transition to an additive manufacturing model; develop recommendations for the institutional sociologization of transformational solutions; formulate systems of indicators and criteria for quantitatively assessing the dynamics of socio-economic conditions; substantiate and test methods for evaluating the effectiveness of: transitioning economic systems to additive manufacturing methods, the viral nature of the dissemination of breakthrough technologies in economic systems, tools to ensure a breakthrough phase transition of economic systems to Industries 3.0, 4.0, and 5.0. The research methods include comparative, multifactor, formal-logical, and system-structural analysis.
