Scientific research into the formation of the architecture of civil and industrial facilities in the direction of "Principles of architectural and planning organization of extracurricular education institutions in the structure of united territorial communities" has been successfully and fully completed, a dissertation for the PhD degree in speciality 191 "Architecture and Urban Planning" was defended on December 4, 2023. The works on the topics "Architectural and planning organization of vertical crop farms" and "Features of architectural and planning organization of shopping and entertainment centres in the climatic conditions of the Republic of Congo" are at the stage of completion, the research tasks that were set in the works have been fully implemented, have a certain relevance, scientific novelty, practical significance and relevant publications and implementation. Scientific works "Principles of Architectural and Planning Organization of Nuclear Power Plants Using New Generation Reactors", "Principles of Architectural and Planning Flexibility of Multifunctional Complexes", and "Methods of Reconstruction of the Territory of residential multi-apartment Buildings of Cities" are at the stage of determining the main scientific and theoretical positions. Other scientific topics being developed are at various stages and cover the problems of forming the architecture of public and residential buildings and complexes, social institutions, biosafety and bio protection complexes, formation and development of kinetic and bionic architecture, and development of the identity of Ukrainian architecture.
