Dobrov NAS of Ukraine " popup.description1 The aim of the study is to develop a concept of integrated assessment of scientific knowledge considering disciplinary and interdisciplinary characteristics and structural specific features for dividing of research into fundamental, applied, targeted, which would consider cognitive and socio-cultural requirements for scientific knowledge, public and practice demand, which harmonize logic and praxeology of science popup.description2  The purpose of the study is to create a concept of integrated assessment of scientific knowledge, taking into account disciplinary and interdisciplinary features and structural specifics of the division of research into fundamental, applied, and targeted, which would take into account the cognitive and socio-cultural requirements for scientific knowledge, the needs of society, practice, and harmonize the logic and praxeology of science development. It is analyzed the peculiarities of expert activity in science and education, in particular, the concept content: “scientific expertise”; “expert knowledge”; “collegial and participatory evaluation in science”; “expert activity in education”. The scientific and expert activity of the NAS of Ukraine is reviewed. It is revealed the essence, purposes, main tasks and directions, specifics of pedagogical expertise and methods used in educational practice for assessing effectiveness of the educational environment. The issues on selection and training of educational experts by state institutions of Ukraine are considered. The wartime challenges that prompt the migration of IT specialists are identified. It is developed recommendations on favorable conditions for development of the IT sector in Ukraine. The opportunities and risks of using AI in research evaluation are analyzed. The interrelationships between public perception of science, trust in science, and replication problems in research are clarified. Based on research results it was published: 12 articles, including 3 in category A journals; articles in an encyclopedic dictionary – 8; abstracts of scientific conferences - 20. It was also published collective monograph “Program-target scientific research. Methodology. Praxeology” (K., 2024). Two Certificates of Implementation of the research results were received.
