Purpose - to develop methods for obtaining new components of polymer composites based on available synthetic and renewable raw materials; to develop recommendations for the production of new components of polymer composite materials and their use in the creation of high-energy, electroactive and protective materials. Research methods: chromatography-mass spectrometry, thermogravimetry, IR and NMR spectrometry, optical microscopy, modeling of dichloromethane dehydration, sulfur dioxide oxidation, adsorbent design, calculation of optimal oxidation temperatures, calculation of the contacting process scheme. The physical, mechanical, and thermal properties of polymeric materials that can be components of polymeric composite materials are analyzed and investigated. Methods for calculating the energy characteristics, compatibility of polymer composite materials components, methods for modeling the main equipment and chemical and technological processes used in the synthesis of components are proposed. Methods for the synthesis of new components of polymer composite materials through chemical modification have been developed, the relationship between the structure and characteristics of polymer composite materials components has been established, the optimal ratio of polymer composite materials components has been determined, models of chemical and technological processes for the production of polymer composite materials components and the preparation of raw materials for the synthesis of new components of polymer composite materials have been developed. Most of the results obtained can be used to optimize the process of modeling and modifying the composition of polymer composite and energetic materials.
