Identify the factors of intensification of the process of additive production and controlled impact on the functional properties of new materials / products. popup.description2  As part of the research, a new electrochemical 3D printing technology has been developed, enabling the creation of metal parts with complex geometries. The foundation of this work was the idea of replacing traditional methods of metal fabrication with a more energy-efficient and accessible process. The technology relies on the use of specialized electrolytes that allow metal deposition directly from a solution. This approach minimizes material waste and ensures high printing precision. A multiphysics model was developed during the study, enabling the prediction of electric field behaviour in the electrolyte and optimization of process parameters. The laboratory setup designed as part of this research includes specialized systems for the movement of the working electrode, contributing to uniformity and printing accuracy. The results demonstrated that electrochemical 3D printing could be an effective tool for manufacturing components with specified mechanical and chemical properties. The study investigated the corrosion resistance and mechanical strength of printed samples, as well as their potential applications as catalysts in industrial processes. This technology opens new opportunities for various industries, particularly in aviation, energy, medicine, and mechanical engineering. Its implementation can reduce production costs, minimize environmental impact, and enable the one-step fabrication of complex geometric parts. Product Description popup.authors Babchuk Roman V.
